World Oddities Expo at Baird Center

The World Oddities Expo camps out at the Baird Center from noon to 8 p.m. Nov. 11. It features a Lost Curio Marketplace, with vendors peddling macabre art, jewelry, home goods and more; an Oddity Ink Parlour, with tattoo artists plying their trade; burlesque and other live entertainment; and more. re:Craft and Relic Holiday Market

re:Craft and Relic's Holiday Market returns under new ownership to the Milwaukee County Sports Complex, 6000 W. Ryan Road, Franklin, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 11-12. More than 180 vendors will sell handmade items, artisan foods, vintage goods and more. There'll be food and music, too. Admission is $7, free for kids 12 and younger. Info: recraftandrelic.com.

Holiday Happenings on Vliet Street

The west side Vliet Street neighborhood hosts its annual Holiday Happenings from 5 to 8 p.m. Nov. 10 and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 11. Hot cider and horse-drawn wagon rides are part of the attraction. Admission is free. Info: West Vliet Street Holiday Happenings Facebook event page.

Holiday decorations at Streets of Milwaukee, European Village at Milwaukee Public Museum

The Milwaukee Public Museum's Streets of Old Milwaukee and European Village get the holiday spirit — and decorations to match — starting Nov. 10. The museum is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesdays through Sundays. Both exhibits are free with regular admission: $24, $20 for seniors 65 and older, members of the military and college students, $48 for youths ages 4 to 13, and free for kids 3 and younger. Margarita Fest at Tripoli Shrine Center

The sixth annual Margarita Fest pours them out from 3 to 6 p.m. Nov. 11 at Tripoli Shrine Center, 3000 W. Wisconsin Ave. In addition to samples from Milwaukee margarita makers, there'll be mariachi music and food trucks on hand, too.
