Even though the 49ers (-800) are heavily favored at home, AVOID taking their moneyline in this divisional matchup. Backing a team at -800 odds isn't advised under any circumstance.

Against the spread

49ERS -13.5 (-110) is the play despite it being such a massive spread. San Francisco has an argument to be made that it is the best team in the NFL, and 8 of its 9 wins this season have been by at least 13 points.

The Seahawks have a hobbled backfield, and they won't have any answers to slow down RB Christian McCaffrey and the other skill players on the 49ers. The 49ers won by 18 on the road against the Seahawks on Thanksgiving, and they'll win with ease again at home.

Over/Under

OVER 46.5 (-110) is how I'd bet on the total with the 49ers capable of nearly hitting the Over themselves. San Francisco can do plenty of the heavy lifting itself as it has posted 30-plus points in 8 of its 9 wins this season.

The good news for the Seahawks is that QB Geno Smith looked healthier in Week 13 as they produced 35 points against a tough Cowboys defense. The Over is 6-3-1 in the last 10 meetings overall.
